No. Any Business can build a FREE profile on TrustFX and use it for up to one year to build a credible online reputation. We do offer premium services that will increase lead generation such as being listed under multiple business classifications and/or enable members to reach a larger geographic area.

Premium placement is based entirely on a member's TrustFX score. Where members have identical scores, placement is controlled by tenure of each members subscription with preference given to members who have used TrustFX longer.

We use a patent pending process to prevent most kinds of abuse that plague other consumer feedback sites. We limit ratings to actual customers through the use of a Trust FX key. One Trust FX key is given to each customer at the time of sale by businesses that use Trust FX. Consumers must register with Trust FX to use their key. Consumer registration and use of Trust FX is completely FREE.

We have designed proprietary systems that detects fraudulent behavior from business owners. If a business is found trying to manipulate the system in any way to alter their TrustFX Score, we replace their profile with a consumer-warning page. They are prevented from using TrustFX for one year.

Yes. Both paid and FREE members can remove their Trust FX Business Profile at any time and for any reason. Businesses that choose to remove their site will have to wait a full year before they can publish their profile on Trust FX again.

The last three months TrustFX Score controls the position of a business within the TrustFX directory. This short time period provides an ongoing incentive for businesses to do the right thing for each customer. It also provides a way for businesses to increase their position on a monthly basis. The six and twelve months scores demonstrate a businesses long term ability to consistently satisfy its customers.

We hide the names of individual reviews for two reasons. First to protect their identity but also when their identify is anonymous they give more objective reviews. This increases their ability to influence new prospects because they are authentic.
