We have designed proprietary systems that detects fraudulent behavior from business owners. If a business is found trying to manipulate the system in any way to alter their TrustFX Score, we replace their profile with a consumer-warning page. They are prevented from using TrustFX for one year.

This short time period provides an ongoing incentive for businesses to do the right thing for each customer. It also provides a way for businesses to increase their position on a monthly basis. The six and twelve months scores demonstrate a businesses long term ability to consistently satisfy its customers.

Businesses cannot challenge or remove individual ratings and consumers cannot change their rating once it has been submitted. TrustFX rewards businesses that do-it-right the first time. Any process that enables businesses to buy off poor ratings do not produce ratings that consumers can trust. Conversely, providing consumers with the ability to change their rating also creates the opportunity to manipulate the ratings which diminish their value.
