But your level of confidence in a recommended business increases directly with the number of “trusted” recommendations that you receive.
That is the basis of Trust FX. We have created a process that enables participating businesses to literally put their reputation into the hands of every one of their customers. Businesses using Trust FX pass a unique key to each of their customers at the time of sale. The key enables the customers to rate the performance of the business on www.trustFX.com after the service has been completed. Every month Trust FX calculates a new rating for each business and publishes the comments of every customer who provided feedback.
Because a key is required to give feedback the authenticity of reviews on Trust FX are much higher than competitive sites that allow anyone with an email address to rate any business.
Transparency is key to building trust with you so let me be up front about our policies. We charge participating businesses a fee to list their business with us. We believe that we can better serve you by making Trust FX free for you to use and free of advertising. Premium placement is controlled by Trust FX score s, calculated entirely from customers feedback. In cases where businesses have identical scores we list them based on how long that they have used Trust FX.
At a high level, we are creating an environment that rewards quality businesses for consistently setting accurate expectations with all of their customers and then consistently meeting those expectations.
